Embodied Eating 101
A 4-week course to learn to hear your cues, trust your body, and embrace the life-affirming nature of food.
This course is for you if…
Food feels confusing.
You feel controlled by cravings and stuck in a cycle of compulsive eating, even though you “know better.” You have a sense that it isn’t supposed to be this hard.
You want to feel good in your body.
No matter how many body-positive mantras you recite or anti-diet messages you consume, you just can’t seem to embrace the body you’re in.
Your time is limited.
You’re eating sub-par grab-&-go foods or your kids' leftovers in a hurry, inhaling whatever calories you can find to get through your day.
Food gives us life.
When did it get so complicated?
It doesn’t have to be.
With simple, intuitive eating practices, Ayurvedic wisdom, and learning how to truly inhabit the body, food can become a pleasurable, nourishing part of life.
You’ll learn to:
transform cravings into usable information so you no longer have to dread or resist them
embrace the power of pleasure in healthy eating instead of restricting, dieting, and calorie-counting
take the confusion out of food choices so you can eat with ease and joy
make a safe space inside your body so you can feel sexy, sensual, and at-home in your skin
No shaming, no blaming, no body-hating.

I believe that food is sacred. It gives us life.
Eating is a ritual we take part in three times a day, whether we’re conscious of it or not.
By participating in our meals with presence, honor, and reverence for the food and our own bodies, we can make that ritual a life-affirming one.
When we do so, we cut through diet rhetoric and body-shaming by entering into direct relationship with our bodies, our food, and our needs.
This is where acceptance of and compassion for our bodies and ourselves arise from.
I invite you to join me in making this practice a part of your life.

“Crystal is truly a wellspring of knowledge and wisdom. She has a uniquely powerful ability to translate ancient wisdoms to an immediate and personalized experience in ways that are both loving and easy to integrate.
She simplifies what can seem incredibly complex. It’s clear in her presence that she lives and sees through the practices she shares with us. All parts of me feel seen, accepted, and approachable in her presence.
I highly recommend joining her in all of the spaces she creates. The containers she cultivates always feel like home and bring a deep stillness into my heart.”

“Crystal is well-versed in natural wellness, and the course was a great reflection tool.
Generally when we think about reflection, it may just be journaling or quickly writing in our diary or just thoughts when we meditate.
Crystal's courses take it one step further.
It's understanding different aspects of your life and well-being and bringing attention to places we may not think about immediately for our overall well-being.
Highly recommend Crystal's courses!”

“Crystal was an excellent coach. The information she provided was very well organized, concise, and beautifully displayed on her presentation slides.
She was clear in her delivery of content material, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable of the subject matter.
She did an excellent job of building community among the participants and creating a safe environment where we felt confident in fully participating.
She also had great ideas and strategies for troubleshooting when working in one-on-one sessions.”

“Crystal has a very soft and gentle way of teaching and transmitting content and personal experiences relevant to what we were learning. She did such a beautiful job!
Unlike other courses I've taken, I didn't feel pressured to perform or ‘do it/get it right.’
She created a lovely space in which I could show up just as I am—because just as I am is perfect!
From and in that space, I was able to absorb and integrate large portions of the knowledge that she and my peers transmitted, much more than I have in other, different courses. I'm very grateful to her for the experience.”
